convenient location good size room underfloor heating thin pillows audible traffic minor damages

The location was convenient. The tube station was only a ten-minute walk away. i liked that the room was a good size with a huge bath. the underfloor heating in the bathroom was also a nice touch (a great comfort on chilly mornings!).

The pillows were paper thin. I definitely could have used an extra one or two. traffic was audible, and the room shook when buses passed. small damages were present in the room.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff was helpful when I requested an extra pillow. It arrived in about 30 minutes.

The room was quite cold. Live music played until 2 AM, and despite my request to be moved, the receptionist dismissed my concern. (Her response was that it was a famous pub!).

The hotel provided convenient access to a nearby bus stop and a supermarket. the room included a mini-fridge. I found this feature especially useful. new lighting, light switches and bath and shower controls were installed in the recently upgraded room. i thought that sheets and towels were clean.

wifi reception in the room was weak.

The front desk staff were attentive. They addressed my queries promptly. reception operates 24 hours a day. This provided reassurance. the staff facilitated quick check-in and check-out processes, appreciated.

Acton town tube station is about a ten-minute walk away. nearby stores include iceland and lidl. numerous dining choices are close by. This made finding meals simple. plenty of bus stops are conveniently located nearby though the parking was expensive!

The room had european outlets. I found this helpful. there was space to hang coats! a digital screen allows selecting when the staff should clean. I found this easy to use. a fridge was available.
